Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your formalwear order. To be eligible, garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unaltered, free of odors, stains, or makeup, with all original tags and any protective covers or garment bags intact, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box and in unworn condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been dry-cleaned, laundered, altered, resized, hemmed, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at store@allaboutuniforms.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide written instructions for shipment. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, notify us at store@allaboutuniforms.com immediately so we may evaluate the issue and arrange a remedy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom, made-to-measure, or altered garments
  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal items where hygiene is a concern (e.g., undergarments intended for use with formalwear) unless unopened and in original packaging
  • Hazardous materials or items restricted by law

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed by returning the original item for refund (subject to approval) and placing a new order for the desired size, color, or style. We recommend completing the exchange purchase promptly to ensure availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times with banks or card issuers may vary.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you received the item.
