Shipping policy

Orders are processed during normal business hours from Monday thru Friday; purchases made on weekends or holidays are to be processed on the following business day.
Packages will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please be sure to provide the complete current address when submitting the payment to avoid possible delays.
Tracking information is sent by email automatically via shipping notifications and can also be retrieved on the site from the Purchase History page
Shipping time is determined based on total days required for us to process your package plus carrier transit time.

We charge an extra reshipping fee, for packages, that are returned back to us, due to undeliverable/insufficient address, if buyer requests for reshipping of an item. Otherwise, a refund will be processed for the original item (Shipping charges are not refundable). Same rule is applied for the items refused by customer.
